1. כללי
האתר והשירות המוצג בו ("השירות") מופעלים על ידי מפעיל האתר ("המפעיל"). השימוש בשירות, לרבות ההרשמה אליו, מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה. אם אינך מסכים להם, אל תשתמש בשירות.
2. השירות
השירות מאפשר ללקוחות ליצור קמפיינים, לעקוב אחר תנועה והמרות, לצפות בדשבורד ולקבל המלצות. השירות ניתן כפי שהוא (AS IS), והמפעיל רשאי לשנות אותו או להוסיף עליו.
3. מנוי ותשלום
- השירות ניתן במסגרת מנוי חודשי באחת החבילות המוצגות באתר. המחיר ומכסת הקליקים החודשית הם אלה שמוצגים בעת הרכישה.
- התשלום מתבצע באמצעות ספק סליקה חיצוני. פרטי כרטיס האשראי מוזנים אצל הספק ואינם נשמרים אצל המפעיל.
- המנוי מתחדש מדי חודש עד לביטולו. ניתן לבטל בכל עת, והביטול ייכנס לתוקף בתום תקופת החיוב הנוכחית.
4. מכסת קליקים
בהגעה ל-80% מהמכסה תישלח התראה. בהגעה ל-100% מהמכסה הקישור של הלקוח ייעצר עד לשדרוג החבילה או עד תחילת תקופת החיוב הבאה.
5. שימוש מותר ואסור
- מותר להשתמש בשירות רק עבור הצעות וקישורים שאושרו. הצעה אחרת תיבדק ידנית לפני שתקבל תנועה.
- אסור להפנות תנועה להצעות, לתכנים או למדינות שהפרסום בהם אסור על פי דין או על פי מדיניות רשת הפרסום או רשת השותפים.
- אסור להשתמש בשירות לתוכן בלתי חוקי, להונאה, להתחזות, לפישינג, להפצת נוזקות או להפרת זכויות של אחרים.
- הלקוח אחראי לעמוד בתנאי רשתות הפרסום והשותפים שבהן הוא משתמש.
המפעיל רשאי לעצור קמפיין או להשעות חשבון, ללא הודעה מוקדמת, אם קיים חשש להפרת התנאים או לפגיעה בשירות או בצדדים שלישיים.
6. חיבור חשבון פרסום
הלקוח מצהיר שהחשבון שאותו הוא מחבר הוא שלו או שהוא מורשה להשתמש בו. הגישה לחשבון משמשת להצגת נתוני הקמפיינים בדשבורד, וניתן לבטל אותה בכל עת מתוך החשבון אצל רשת הפרסום. הלקוח מאשר שנתוני הקמפיינים שלו, כולל נתוני הזירות (zones), גלויים למפעיל לצורכי תמיכה, אבטחה ושיפור השירות.
7. אין התחייבות לתוצאות
המפעיל אינו מתחייב לרווחים, להמרות או לתוצאה עסקית כלשהי. ההמלצות בדשבורד הן כלי עזר בלבד, והחלטות הפרסום והתקציב הן באחריות הלקוח.
8. הגבלת אחריות
במידה המרבית המותרת על פי דין, המפעיל לא יישא באחריות לנזק עקיף, לאובדן רווחים או לאובדן מידע הנובעים מהשימוש בשירות או מחוסר היכולת להשתמש בו. אחריות המפעיל, ככל שתחול, תוגבל לסכום ששילם הלקוח בחודש שקדם לאירוע.
9. קניין רוחני
כל הזכויות בשירות, בעיצובו ובתכניו שייכות למפעיל. אין להעתיק, לשכפל או להנדס לאחור את השירות.
10. שינוי התנאים
המפעיל רשאי לעדכן את התנאים מעת לעת. הגרסה העדכנית תפורסם באתר, והמשך השימוש בשירות מהווה הסכמה לה.
11. תוכנית שותפים
- כל משתמש רשום רשאי להצטרף לתוכנית השותפים, גם ללא חבילה פעילה.
- שותף מקבל עמלה בשיעור 5% מהתשלומים ששילמו לקוחות משלמים שנרשמו דרך הקישור האישי שלו.
- לא משולמת עמלה על הרשמה או תשלום של השותף עצמו, או של חשבון שקשור אליו.
- אסור לקדם את הקישור באמצעות ספאם, מצג שווא או הטעיה.
- המפעיל רשאי לבטל עמלה או להשעות שותף בגין הפרה, הונאה או שימוש לרעה בתוכנית.
- מועדי התשלום, סכום המינימום ושיטת התשלום יוצגו באזור האישי.
12. דין וסמכות שיפוט
על התנאים יחול הדין הישראלי, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

1. General
The website and the service presented in it (the "Service") are operated by the site operator (the "Operator"). Using the Service, including signing up, means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service lets customers create campaigns, track traffic and conversions, view a dashboard and receive recommendations. The Service is provided AS IS, and the Operator may change it or add to it.
3. Subscription and payment
- The Service is provided under a monthly subscription in one of the plans shown on the site. The price and the monthly click quota are those shown at purchase.
- Payment is made through an external payment provider. Card details are entered with the provider and are not stored by the Operator.
- The subscription renews every month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Click quota
A notification is sent at 80% of the quota. At 100% of the quota the customer's link pauses until the plan is upgraded or the next billing period begins.
5. Permitted and prohibited use
- The Service may be used only for approved offers and links. Any other offer is reviewed manually before it receives traffic.
- You may not send traffic to offers, content or countries where advertising is prohibited by law or by the policy of the advertising or partner network.
- You may not use the Service for unlawful content, fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware distribution or infringement of others' rights.
- The customer is responsible for complying with the terms of the advertising and partner networks they use.
The Operator may stop a campaign or suspend an account, without prior notice, if there is a concern about a breach of these terms or harm to the Service or third parties.
6. Connecting an advertising account
The customer declares that the account they connect is theirs or that they are authorized to use it. Access to the account is used to show campaign data in the dashboard and can be revoked at any time from the account at the advertising network. The customer agrees that their campaign data, including zone data, is visible to the Operator for support, security and improving the Service.
7. No guarantee of results
The Operator does not guarantee profits, conversions or any business result. Recommendations in the dashboard are an aid only, and advertising and budget decisions are the customer's responsibility.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profits or loss of data arising from use of the Service or inability to use it. The Operator's liability, if any, is limited to the amount the customer paid in the month preceding the event.
9. Intellectual property
All rights in the Service, its design and its content belong to the Operator. You may not copy, reproduce or reverse engineer the Service.
10. Changes to the terms
The Operator may update the terms from time to time. The current version is published on the site, and continued use of the Service means you accept it.
11. Partner program
- Any registered user may join the partner program, even without an active plan.
- A partner earns a commission of 5% of the payments made by paying customers who signed up through the partner's personal link.
- No commission is paid on the partner's own sign-up or payments, or those of an account connected to the partner.
- You may not promote the link by spam, misrepresentation or deception.
- The Operator may cancel a commission or suspend a partner for breach, fraud or misuse of the program.
- Payment dates, the minimum amount and the payment method will be shown in the account area.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
