מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע נאסף בשירות, למה, ומה הזכויות שלך.
1. איזה מידע נאסף
- פרטי חשבון: שם, כתובת אימייל וטלפון.
- פרטי תשלום: מוזנים אצל ספק הסליקה ואינם נשמרים אצלנו. אנחנו מקבלים רק אישור שהתשלום בוצע.
- נתוני קמפיינים: קישורים שהלקוח מוסיף, נתוני תנועה והמרות, וקבצים שהלקוח מעלה.
- גישת API לחשבון הפרסום: נשמרת מוצפנת ומשמשת להצגת נתוני הקמפיינים.
- נתוני תוכנית השותפים: הקישור האישי, הלקוחות שנרשמו דרכו והעמלות.
- נתונים טכניים: כתובת IP וסוג דפדפן, לצורכי אבטחה ותפעול.
- בדפדפן שלך נשמרים: השפה, העיצוב, הגדרות הנגישות, ואם הגעת דרך שותף, קוד ההפניה שלו.
2. למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע
להפעלת השירות, להצגת הדשבורד וההמלצות, לחיוב, לחישוב עמלות שותפים, לתמיכה, לאבטחה ולמניעת שימוש לרעה, ולעמידה בדרישות החוק. נתוני הקמפיינים של הלקוח, כולל נתוני הזירות, גלויים למפעיל לצורכי תמיכה, אבטחה ושיפור השירות.
3. עם מי המידע משותף
אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע אישי. מידע מועבר רק לספק הסליקה, לספקי האחסון והתשתית שמפעילים את השירות, ולרשויות כשהדבר נדרש על פי דין. שותף רואה רק נתונים מצטברים על הלקוחות שהגיעו דרכו, ולא את נתוני הקמפיינים שלהם.
4. עוגיות ואחסון מקומי
האתר משתמש רק בעוגיות ובאחסון מקומי הכרחיים: שמירת ההתחברות, שמירת העדפות כמו שפה, עיצוב ונגישות, ושמירת קוד הפניה של שותף. אין באתר עוגיות פרסום או מעקב. אם נוסיף כאלה בעתיד, נבקש את הסכמתך מראש.
5. אבטחת מידע
אנחנו נוקטים אמצעי אבטחה סבירים להגנה על המידע, ובהם הצפנה של מידע רגיש והפרדה בין הלקוחות. אין שיטה שמבטיחה אבטחה מוחלטת.
6. כמה זמן המידע נשמר
כל עוד החשבון פעיל, ולאחר מכן לתקופה הנדרשת על פי דין או לצורך הגנה על זכויותינו.
7. הזכויות שלך

This policy explains what information is collected in the Service, why, and what your rights are.
1. What information is collected
- Account details: name, email address and phone number.
- Payment details: entered with the payment provider and not stored by us. We only receive confirmation that the payment was made.
- Campaign data: links the customer adds, traffic and conversion data, and files the customer uploads.
- API access to the advertising account: stored encrypted and used to show campaign data.
- Partner program data: the personal link, the customers who signed up through it, and commissions.
- Technical data: IP address and browser type, for security and operation.
- Stored in your browser: your language, design, accessibility settings and, if you arrived through a partner, that partner's referral code.
2. Why we use the information
To operate the Service, show the dashboard and recommendations, bill you, calculate partner commissions, provide support, ensure security and prevent misuse, and comply with the law. The customer's campaign data, including zone data, is visible to the Operator for support, security and improving the Service.
3. Who the information is shared with
We do not sell personal information. Information is passed only to the payment provider, to the hosting and infrastructure providers that run the Service, and to authorities where required by law. A partner sees only aggregate data about customers who came through them, not those customers' campaign data.
4. Cookies and local storage
The site uses only necessary cookies and local storage: keeping you signed in, remembering preferences such as language, design and accessibility, and saving a partner referral code. The site has no advertising or tracking cookies. If we add any in the future, we will ask for your consent first.
5. Information security
We take reasonable security measures to protect information, including encryption of sensitive data and separation between customers. No method guarantees absolute security.
6. How long information is kept
As long as the account is active, and afterwards for the period required by law or to protect our rights.
7. Your rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, you may review information about you and ask to correct or delete it. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp: 050-262-2248.
